MALAKALI DZYUDOCHILARNING MUSOBAQA OLDI TAKTIK TAYYORGARLIGINI TAKOMILLASHTIRISHDA MODELLASHTIRISH VA MUSOBAQA FAOLIYATINI TAHLIL
Abstract
Mazkur maqolada malakali dzyudochilarning musobaqa oldi taktik tayyorgarligini takomillashtirishda modellashtirish va musobaqa faoliyatini tizimli tahlil qilishning ilmiy-pedagogik imkoniyatlari yoritilgan. Dzyudo musobaqasi o‘zining o‘zgaruvchan, raqobatbardosh va yuqori darajada noaniq xarakteri bilan boshqa sport turlaridan ajralib turadi. Shu sababli sportchining musobaqaga tayyorgarligini faqat texnik harakatlarni takrorlash yoki umumiy jismoniy tayyorgarlik bilan cheklash yetarli emas. Zamonaviy dzyudoda raqibning harakatlarini oldindan anglash, uning uslubiy xususiyatlarini aniqlash, kumi-kata kurashini boshqarish, hujum uchun qulay vaziyatni yaratish, hujum va qarshi hujum o‘rtasidagi o‘tishlarni tezlashtirish hamda musobaqaning muayyan bosqichida optimal taktika tanlash yuqori natijaning muhim omillaridan hisoblanadi. Tadqiqotda modellashtirishning mazmuni, uning musobaqa faoliyati tahlili bilan uzviy aloqasi, videoanaliz, vaqt-harakat ko‘rsatkichlari, texnik-taktik harakatlar chastotasi, hujumlarning samaradorligi, ushlashlar, qarshi hujumlar va ne-vaza holatlarining o‘zaro bog‘liqligi nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Musobaqa faoliyatini tahlil qilish asosida individual taktik modelni shakllantirish sportchining kuchli va zaif tomonlarini aniqlash, raqibga moslashtirilgan taktik reja ishlab chiqish hamda mashg‘ulot jarayonini individuallashtirish imkonini berishi asoslangan. Maqolada musobaqa oldi taktik tayyorgarlikning uch bosqichli modeli: diagnostika, modellashtirish va amaliy taktik integratsiya modeli taklif etilgan. Ushbu yondashuv dzyudochining musobaqa sharoitidagi qaror qabul qilish tezligini, taktik moslashuvchanligini va harakatlar samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qilishi mumkin.
