SALBIY OQIBATLARNI SPORT MASHG‘ULOTLARI ORQALI BARTARAF ETISHNING ILMIY-METODIK ASOSLARI
Abstract
Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy jamiyatda kengayib borayotgan jismoniy passivlik, stress, ortiqcha vazn, zararli odatlarga moyillik, raqamli muhitga haddan tashqari bog‘lanish, ijtimoiy sustlik va psixologik beqarorlik kabi salbiy oqibatlarni sport mashg‘ulotlari orqali kamaytirish va bartaraf etishning ilmiy-metodik asoslari tahlil qilinadi. Sport mashg‘ulotlari inson organizmi va shaxsiy rivojlanishiga faqat jismoniy ta’sir ko‘rsatuvchi vosita emas, balki fiziologik moslashuv, psixologik barqarorlik, ijtimoiy integratsiya, irodaviy sifatlar, intizom, sog‘lom raqobat va hayotiy faollikni shakllantiruvchi kompleks pedagogik jarayon sifatida talqin etiladi. Maqolada sport mashg‘ulotlarining yurak-qon tomir tizimi, nafas olish, mushak-bo‘g‘im apparati, modda almashinuvi, asab tizimi, ruhiy holat, shaxslararo munosabatlar va sog‘lom turmush madaniyatiga ta’siri yoritiladi. Tadqiqotda tahliliy-sintez, qiyosiy-pedagogik tahlil, kontent-tahlil va metodik umumlashtirish usullaridan foydalanildi. Jahon sog‘liqni saqlash tashkiloti tavsiyalarida muntazam jismoniy faollik barcha yosh guruhlari uchun sog‘liqni mustahkamlovchi omil sifatida ko‘rsatilgani, bolalar va o‘smirlar uchun kuniga o‘rtacha 60 daqiqa o‘rtacha-yuqori shiddatdagi jismoniy faollik tavsiya etilishi mazkur mavzuning dolzarbligini tasdiqlaydi. Xulosa sifatida sport mashg‘ulotlari salbiy oqibatlarni bartaraf etishda samarali vosita bo‘lishi uchun ular muntazam, yoshga mos, sog‘liq holatini hisobga olgan, metodik jihatdan to‘g‘ri tashkil etilgan va tarbiyaviy maqsad bilan uyg‘unlashtirilgan bo‘lishi kerakligi asoslab beriladi.
