PEDAGOGLARNING KASBIY RIVOJLANISHINI BAHOLASHNING ZAMONAVIY TENDENSIYALARI: KOMPETENSIYA, NATIJADORLIK VA REFLEKSIV MONITORING

Abstract

Maqolada pedagoglarning kasbiy rivojlanishini baholashga doir yetakchi tendensiyalar tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda an’anaviy attestatsiya va kurs sertifikatlari asosidagi baholashdan kompetensiyaga, amaliy natijaga, refleksiv portfolioga, dars sifati kuzatuviga, o‘quvchi rivojlanishi indikatorlariga va uzluksiz professional o‘sish trayektoriyasiga asoslangan baholashga o‘tish jarayoni yoritiladi. Maqolada pedagog kasbiy rivojlanishini baholash jazolovchi nazorat emas, balki kasbiy o‘sishni boshqaruvchi diagnostik-motivatsion tizim bo‘lishi kerakligi asoslanadi. Xalqaro tajriba, xususan TALIS, UNESCO va World Bank materiallari pedagog sifati ta’lim natijalarining asosiy omillaridan biri ekanini ko‘rsatadi. O‘zbekiston sharoitida pedagoglarni baholash tizimi malaka oshirish, metodik yordam, raqamli portfolio, mentorlik, ichki maktab tahlili va adolatli rag‘batlantirish bilan bog‘langanda real natija berishi mumkin. Maqolada baholashning ilmiy asoslangan mezonlari va amaliy mexanizmlari taklif etiladi.
