JISMONIY MADANIYAT YO‘NALISHIDA GIMNASTIKA MASHG‘ULOTLARINI RAQAMLI VIDEO-TAHLIL VA INDIVIDUAL YUKLAMA MONITORINGI ASOSIDA TASHKIL ETISHNING PEDAGOGIK IMKONIYATLARI
Abstract
Ushbu maqolada jismoniy madaniyat yo‘nalishi talabalarida gimnastika mashg‘ulotlarini raqamli video-tahlil, individual yuklama monitoringi va reflektiv baholash asosida tashkil etishning pedagogik imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Gimnastika elementlarining texnik murakkabligi, fazoviy orientatsiya, tayanch holatlari, aylanish va qo‘nish fazalarida yuzaga keladigan xatolar oddiy og‘zaki tushuntirish bilan har doim ham yetarli darajada tuzatilmaydi. Shu sababli mobil qurilmalar orqali qisqa video qayd qilish, sekinlashtirilgan ko‘rish, harakat fazalarini ajratish, o‘qituvchi va talaba o‘rtasida dalilga asoslangan teskari aloqa yaratish bugungi sport pedagogikasida muhim metodik vositaga aylanmoqda. Maqolada raqamli texnologiyalarni gimnastika darsiga joriy etish shunchaki zamonaviylik belgisi emas, balki texnika xavfsizligi, individual yondashuv, o‘z-o‘zini nazorat qilish, yuklama va charchoqni kuzatish hamda kasbiy-metodik kompetensiyani rivojlantirish omili sifatida asoslanadi. Tadqiqotda video-feedback, wearable monitoring, mashg‘ulot yuklamasi, jarohatlanish profilaktikasi va jismoniy savodxonlikka oid ilmiy manbalar umumlashtirildi. Natijada gimnastika mashg‘ulotlari uchun to‘rt komponentli pedagogik model — video-diagnostika, texnik teskari aloqa, individual yuklama monitoringi va reflektiv portfel mexanizmi taklif qilindi. Model oliy ta’lim sharoitida kam xarajatli, amaliy va bosqichma-bosqich qo‘llanishi mumkinligi bilan ahamiyatlidir.
