O‘SMIRLIK DAVRIDA AKADEMIK PERFEKSIONIZMNING PSIXOLOGIK XUSUSIYATLARI VA UNING RUHIY SALOMATLIKKA TA’SIRI

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada o‘smirlik davridagi akademik perfeksionizm (haddan tashqari mukammallikka intilish) fenomenining psixologik xususiyatlari va uning o‘smirlar ruhiy salomatligiga ta’siri batafsil tahlil qilinadi. Perfeksionizmning shaxs rivojlanishiga ijobiy ta’sir etuvchi sog‘lom (adaptiv) hamda ruhiyatga zarar keltiruvchi salbiy (maladaptiv) turlari o‘rtasidagi farqlar hayotiy misollar yordamida ko‘rsatib beriladi. O‘smir o‘quvchilarda yuqori talablar tufayli yuzaga keladigan muvaffaqiyatsizlikdan qo‘rquv, darslardan butunlay bezish (akademik burnout), surunkali xavotirlanish va turli jismoniy og‘riqlar (psixosomatik holatlar) ilmiy manbalar asosida yoritiladi. Shuningdek, maqolada oila muhitidagi xatolar, ota-onalarning noto‘g‘ri tarbiya uslublari tahlil qilinib, ta’lim muassasalarida ushbu muammolarning oldini olish bo‘yicha maktab psixologlari va pedagoglar uchun keng qamrovli amaliy tavsiyalar beriladi.
