Ta’minot zanjirini strategik rejalashtirish: asosiy bosqichlari.
Abstract
Ushbu tezisda Ta’minot zanjirini strategik rejalashtirish jarayonining mazmuni hamda uning asosiy bosqichlari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy iqtisodiyot sharoitida korxonalar faoliyatining samaradorligini oshirishda ta’minot zanjirini rejalashtirishning asosiy bosqichlari - talabni prognozlash, ta’minotchilarni tanlash, ishlab chiqarish va zaxiralarni boshqarish, logistika tizimini tashkil etish hamda monitoring jarayonlari o’rganiladi. Shuningdek, strategik rejalashtirish orqali korxonalarda xarajatlarni optimallashtirish, resurslardan samarali foydalanish hamda mijozlarga xizmat ko’rsatish sifatini oshirish imkoniyatlari yoritiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari ta’minot zanjiri boshqaruvini takomillashtirish va korxonalarning raqobatbardoshligini oshirishda strategik yondashuv muhim ahamiyat kasb etishini ko’rsatadi.
